Chanita Pholudom

Chanita Pholudom showed an interest in music from an early age and began serious studies at the age of seventeen. She began her music journey with piano and switched to the viola as her major instrument the following year. Chanita graduated with a Bachelor of Music Degree with First Class Honours from the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music in 2021. Chanita enjoys teaching music – especially classical music – and, through teaching, inspiring younger generations and assisting them in developing skills needed for professional success in the twenty-first century. She has created a learning tool, “Classical Music with Alto,” to promote accessibility of classical music. Her research interests are praxial music education, music teaching sustainability, linguistics and music, and audience engagement. Chanita is currently pursuing a Master of Music Education in Group Teaching and Leadership at the University of York in England. She hopes that her ambition and hard work will enable her to have a positive impact in Thai society.
