Seoyeon Yang is a composer and pianist whose work spans Western music and Korean traditional music. Having studied Western classical composition and piano at the undergraduate level, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in Korean Traditional Music Composition at Seoul National University. She is a member of the Seonyul Korean Traditional Music Ensemble and the Korean Music Ensemble On-eum, where she participates in performances and artistic projects. Her work is dedicated to expanding the expressive possibilities of Korean traditional music through contemporary musical language.
