Assistant Professor Vichaya Mukdamanee, D.Phil. serves as Vice President for Art and Culture and a lecturer in the Department of Painting at Silpakorn University, Thailand. His international academic background includes a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford, an M.F.A. from Pratt Institute (as a Fulbright Scholar), and a B.F.A. with First Class Honors from Silpakorn University. Dr. Mukdamanee's artistic practice delves into urban narratives and everyday life using diverse media, exploring the interplay of found objects and societal transformation. He has exhibited extensively internationally and has been a key contributor to major curatorial projects like Thailand Biennale 2018, fostering global dialogue in Thai contemporary art.
