Yeojin Kim is a composer and music producer based in Seoul, working across traditional and contemporary forms. With a background in Korean traditional music, she studied composition at the Korea National University of Arts and completed her coursework in Korean Composition at Seoul National University. Her work spans various media including traditional ensemble, film, performance, and children's music. She contributed to the early-stage design of MAKING Performing Arts, a project-based course developed for non-majors, and continues to explore how artistic processes can inform creative learning environments. She has collaborated with cultural institutions such as the National Gugak Center and is currently preparing a new work for the National Orchestra of Korea’s 2025 Composer Project. Her current interests include modal transformation, participatory performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
