Professor Sriprasit Boonvisut, M.D. is currently the President of Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand. He also held a professorship at Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. Professor Boonvisut obtained many scholarships from both Thai and Abroad, notably the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation Scholarship from American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1990. He was the first and the only Thai who had received this scholarship. As a music lover and a pioneer in finding the best ways in human development, Professor Boonvisut believes music is an essential part that can be integrated into treatments of both physical body and mind. 

In 2012, Professor Sriprasit became honorary council member of the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music where his experience is being shared in order to help fulfilling the late Princess Galyani Vadhana’s wishes in improving, not only a standard of Thai classical musician, but Thai Society through music.
