Sean Gregory is Vice-Principal and Director of Innovation, Engagement & Lifelong Learning at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London. A composer, educator, researcher and cultural leader, his work spans participatory arts, creative collaboration, intercultural dialogue and institutional innovation. Over more than three decades, he has developed programmes, partnerships and pedagogies that connect artistic practice with social engagement, lifelong learning and community development. His current research centres on the Ensemble of Possibilities, a practice-based framework exploring deep listening, co-creation and collaborative inquiry as catalysts for artistic, educational and societal transformation.
