Keld Hosbond is Principal of the Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus/Aalborg (Denmark). His work focuses on transforming higher music education through artistic citizenship, value-based education, co-creation, and societal engagement. He has extensive experience in educational leadership, international partnerships, and European cultural collaboration. Keld is actively involved in the GLOMUS network, promoting global dialogue and equitable partnerships between music institutions across continents. His current work explores how conservatoires can educate artists who combine artistic excellence with social responsibility, intercultural understanding, and the capacity to create meaningful impact in a rapidly changing world.
