Introduction to the Wellbeing Consultation Session "Stress Less, Happy More"
The Wellbeing Consultation Sessions, "Stress Less, Happy More," offer practical advice for musicians and music students on maintaining health and well-being while pursuing their passion.
Why These Sessions Matter: Musicians face unique stressors due to the demands of performance, practice, and striving for excellence. These sessions address the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of being a musician, offering strategies to help manage stress and physical demands without burning out.
Session Schedule:
Wednesday, 21 August 2024:
"Physical Fitness for Musicians" with Warraseth Nakmaetheepitak. This session will teach you how to keep your body healthy and avoid injuries, making sure you're physically ready for the challenges of being a musician.
Thursday, 22 August 2024:
"Not Stressing Out During Practicing" with Komsun Dilokkunanant. Here, you'll learn how to identify and solve problems that can make practice stressful, and how to approach practice in a way that reduces anxiety.
Friday, 23 August 2024:
"Stress Less, Happy More" with Dr. Pimpanit Condee. This session will focus on how to manage the stress and anxiety that come with being a musician or a student. Dr. Pimpanit will share tips on how to stay happy and balanced while pursuing your musical goals.
