Harmony of Friendship: Viet Nam – Thailand celebrates the musical heritage of Viet Nam through a programme featuring traditional instruments and repertoire from different regions of the country. Performed by musicians from the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, the programme highlights the distinctive sounds of the Đàn Tranh, Sáo Trúc, Đàn Bầu, T’rưng, Đàn Nhị, and traditional percussion.

Through a selection of traditional and arranged works, the performance presents the diversity of Vietnamese musical expression—from lyrical melodies and delicate timbres to vibrant rhythmic traditions. Within the context of PGVIS 2026, Harmony of Friendship creates a space for cultural exchange, inviting audiences to discover Vietnamese musical traditions while strengthening artistic connections between Viet Nam and Thailand.
