This research paper serves as a sequel, integration, evolution, and critical evaluation of my Master’s thesis and practice-based research at Silpakorn University, From Breakdown to Build Up: Arts on Desperation to Seek Desired Dreams. Beyond its academic scope, it reflects a personal journey from depression and desperation toward delight, desire, creative escape, and self-expression through music, art, and poetry. The study demonstrates how sustained artistic engagement can enhance spiritual resilience over time, with the creative process yielding what may be described as transformative and unexpected occurrences—emerging through reflection, experimentation, and the gradual fermentation of ideas.

Central to the practice is the bidirectional translation between art and music: creating graphic scores from visual art (arts to music) and painting inspired by musical works (music to arts). These processes generated outcomes that extended beyond initial intentions, often revealed through audience interpretations that uncovered unseen or unintended dimensions. Such discoveries arose from an interplay of unconscious impulses, intuition, and inner calling, showing how undefined stages in creation can open limitless interpretive possibilities, allowing audiences to project their own experiences while engaging with the artist’s vision.

The research positions art, music, and poetry as bridges between individuals and broader realms of existence, interconnected through energy, frequencies, and vibrations operating on conscious, subconscious, and unconscious levels. Through accumulated experience, exposure, and inquiry, I have developed four interrelated philosophical concepts: Art as a Mirror, Art as Medicine, Escapism, and Spiritual Expressionism. The creative process, cultivated through meditative practice and mindfulness, becomes a means of unlocking new perspectives, visions, and dimensions—energizing the relationship between creator, creation, and audience, and expanding the scope of artistic discovery beyond conventional boundaries.
