Kueda Chino: The Aesthetics of Coexistence is a contemporary artistic creation driven by Curiosity and Courage, reflecting the cultural synthesis of Thailand's Southern Border Provinces. "Kueda Chino" (Chinese Market) signifies a natural social space of multicultural daily interactions. This project explores the coexistence of Thai, Chinese, and Muslim cultures through deep listening to the local soundscape.

Driven by curiosity, the researcher questions inherited narratives by utilizing ethnographic data from Pattani's Anoru community as a basis for artistic interpretation. Embracing courage, the study rejects single-identity-centeredness, transforming analytical knowledge into a decentralized, contemporary musical language. Presented as an electroacoustic playback, the composition translates the sonic characteristics of the local soundscape into instrumental musical language rather than directly incorporating environmental recordings.

Scored for Khlui Phiang O, Oud, Violin, Guzheng, Accordion, Ramana, and Maracas, the composition employs an open and fluid musical structure that reflects the diverse lifeways of the community. Ultimately, this contemporary sound-based artwork offers an innovative acoustic framework born of courage, promoting multicultural coexistence and showcasing the aesthetic harmony of everyday life.
